Types of Health & Fitness Programs
Health Reclamation
A therapeutic program for people working on health issues such as chronic fatigue, diabetes, hypertension, anemia, cardiovascular
disease or more. This program is aimed at people trying to adopt specific lifestyle changes that will allow them to reclaim
and sustain their health. It is an adjunct to primary medical care. Contact will be made with the primary care physician
if needed. Elements of the Foundation program will also be included.
Health and Fitness Foundation
A lifestyle program for those trying to prevent disease, remain biologically young, learn nutrition and exercise basics,
maximize energy levels, balance stress, control weight, enhance concentration and improve memory. This is also a good program
for those struggling with mild depression. This is a health for life program!
Weight Loss
The primary focus of this program is to guide people in losing excess weight and how to maintain that weight loss. We will
focus on diet, exercise and appetite control. The program is based on the practices of successful losers listed in the National
Registry of Weight Control (NRWC). The NRWC compiles information from people who lost at least 30 pounds and kept it off
at least 1 year. That could be you!
Custom Hourly Consults
Individualized custom consults are also available. Contact Dr. Shulman to set up an appointment. Fill out health and fitness
questionnaire and return to Dr. Shulman prior to phone conference or meeting.
