Dr. Deborah Shulman, Ph.D
Physiologist/Nutritionist
Dr Shulman focuses on education and teaches about nutrition, health and fitness in an entertaining and comprehensive way.
Her goal is to create a cohesive fabric of nutrition and fitness information. She teaches a lifestyle of health and fitness,
not deprivation, with daily eating and exercise patterns for high energy, good moods, restful sleep and top sports performance.
After her classes or counseling, you will be able to evaluate information on food labels or from books, advertisements and
in the media.
